HAUT® - High Atlas Ultra Trail® 2026
18-19 April 2026By registering for the HAUT® events, this implies the unreserved acceptance of these regulations and compliance with all the resulting instructions. The official set of rules of the event is the Frensh. This translation, although as precise as possible, should be considered only as indicative.
1.Participation Conditions
- a. Be at least 18 years old and 16 years olf for HAUT 10 on the date of the event
- b. Accepted the followingrules by registering for one of the HAUT® races
- c. Present the medical certificate when collecting the bib
- d. Be aware of the risks inherent in the practice of trailrunning in competition in a mountain environment.
- e. Respond to the Questionnaires sent by the organization (medical and economic impact).
To register for the HAUT 120, HAUT 85, HAUT 60 and HAUT 42 races, the participant must have completed a trail-running race between 01-01-2023 and the registration day:
- HAUT 120 race, the participant must have completed a trail-running race with a minimum of 4 ITRA points or equivalent.
- HAUT 80 race, the participant must have completed a trail-running race with a minimum of 2 ITRA points or equivalent.
- HAUT 60 race, the participant must have completed a trail-running race with a minimum of 1 ITRA points or equivalent.
- HAUT 42 race, the participant must have completed a trail-running race with a minimum of 1 ITRA point or equivalent.
2.Event
Hope for Sport and sustainable development association is the organizer of the HAUT® - High Atlas Ultra Trail® event. The name HAUT® is a registered trademark belonging to the organizing association.
A.Races
The event has 6 Races :
HAUT®120 : Distance 120 km, Elevation gain of 6400 m and Elevation loss of 7000 m With a departure from Imlil and an arrival in Ouirgane via Aguerssioul, Amsakrou,, Tacheddiret, Tamatert, Armed, Ighouliden, Tizzi Oussem, Tekenet, Assif Zagzawen, Tiziyan, Tinzert, Tassa Ouirgane, tikhfisst and Ouirgane.
HAUT®80 : Distance 80 Km, Elevation gain of 4500 m and Elevation loss of 4800 m With a departure from Imlil and an arrival in Ouirgane via Aguerssioul, Amsakrou,, Tacheddiret, Tamatert, Armed, Ighouliden, TizziOussem, Tekenet, Assif Zagzawen, Tikhfisst and Ouirgane.
HAUT®60 : Distance 60 Km, Elevation gain of 3000 m and Elevation loss of 3800 m With a departure from Imlil and an arrival in Ouirgane via Armed, Ighouliden, TizziOussem, Tekenet, Assif Zagzawen, Tikhfisst and Ouirgane.
HAUT®42 :Distance 42 km, Elevation gain of 2300 m and Elevation loss of 3000 m Loop With a departure from Imlil and an arrival in Ouirgane via Mazzik, TizziOussem, Tekenet and AssifZagzawen.
HAUT®21 :Distance 21 Km, Elevation gain of 1000m etElevation loss of 1000m Loop Starting from Ouirgane via Marigha, Tassa Ouirgane, Tikhfisst and Marigha.
HAUT®10 : Distance 10 Km, Elevation gainof 230 m and Elevation loss of 230m Loop Starting from Ouirgane.
For reasons of force majeure, the itineraries are subject to change.

C. Check point / Refreshment
- Checkpoints and refreshment points are determined by the organization based on the routes and accessibility.
- Failure to check oneself at any of the points will result in the participant's disqualification.
- The organization will set up surprise checkpoints whose locations are not displayed.
- For technical reasons, no personal assistance is permitted at Assif Zagzawen; any personal assistance will lead to the direct elimination of the runner concerned.
- Participants wishing to withdraw must do so only at the checkpoints. The organization will ensure the competitor's repatriation to the finish area.

- Each refreshment point has its time barrier calculated to allow participants to arrive on time. Participants must leave the refreshment points before they close.
- Any participant excluded from the race who wishes to continue, can do so only by delivering a part of the bib, detachable for this purpose, continuing the race at his own responsibility and in complete autonomy.
- For reasons of force majeure (bad weather and / or safety), the organization reserves the right to modify the time barriers, to suspend, reduce, neutralize or stop the race. There willbe no right to reimbursement.

I. Drop bags :
- HAUT®120/HAUT®85/ HAUT®60 : each competitor receives with his bib 1 bag of 30 liters. After filling it with the things of his choice and closing it, he can drop it off, initially at StiiFadma. For HAUT 60, bags must be dropped off the day before departure, before 8 p.m. on April 17, 2026.This bag is taken by the organization to Tekent (CP 6, approx. 60 km). At CP 6 / CP 4 (For HAUT®60 ), each runner must take his bag. When he leaves the reception base, he leaves his bag himself in the place provided for this purpose. The bag isthenrepatriated on arrival.

- Any request for a change of race, cancellation, transfer or permutation must be sent 7 days before the start of the event, by email at the following address contact@hautmorocco.ma
- The administrative costs of any change, to the extent of the availability of places before March 28, are 100 Dhs.
- If the modification is for a race with higher registration fees, the modification will be subject to payment of the difference with the value presented below. If the change concerns a race with a lower entry fee, there will be no refund of the difference. High-level athletes can submit a registration request to us before March 28 , 2026 by sending a registration request to contact@hautmorocco.com. Free and guaranteed bib for elite men with an ITRA index >790 and elite women with an ITRA index >650.

** A team is made up of at least 3 people, the classification is made by adding the three best times of the team.
5.Image right -Advertising
- Any participant expresslyauthorizes the organizers as well as theirpartners and media to use the fixed or audiovisual images on whichtheycouldappear, including on promotional or advertising documents.
- HAUT® is a registered trademark. The organizer reserves the exclusive right to exploit the image of SONASID HAUT® - High Atlas Ultra Trail® and the photographic and journalistic audiovisual of the event. Any advertising or media project produced for publication must obtain the prior authorization of the organization.
6.Data protection
The data of the participants registered on the registration form will be recorded by the organization for processing of the event, in particular, insurance, registration lists, news and classification of the event. All participants can exercise their right to access, rectify or cancel their personal data by sending an e-mail to contact@hautmorocco.ma
7.Respect the environnement
By registering for the HAUT® events, the runner agrees to respect the environment and the natural spaces crossed. Specifically :
- It is forbidden to throw waste on the course. Garbage cans are available at each refreshment station and must be used. Random checks will be made on the courses.

- No cup will be distributed at the refreshment points. This is to reduce the plastic consumption of runners. You are therefore invited to take your own cups if you wish to drink from the refreshments.
8. Insurance
The organizer takes out civil liability insurance for the duration of the event. This civil liability insurance guarantees the pecuniary consequences of its liability, that of its employees and participants.
